Artwork Requirements 

IF YOU ARE HAVING US CREATE YOUR ARTWORK, SKIP TO PAGE 5

(here’s some examples of past artwork we’ve created)

-  If YOU are providing html ready finished artwork TO US,

You need to provide us HTML coding for your Grammy® eblast.  (Read on).

SPECS
Maximum width = 575px
Length = any
Resolution = any (if it looks clear and not fuzzy, that’s how it will translate to eblast)

SUPPLIED ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

-  If you have more than one link in your artwork, you must submit in HTML code.  Create the eblast in an email service (Madmimi, Moosend, MyNewsletterBuilder, Constant Contact, etc.).  Copy the HTML code and  submit HTML code on a NOTEPAD document (not a word or pages doc).  Include a separate Visual of what the eblast looks like.  
HERE IS HOW TO SUPPLY HTML CODE:

-  If you have a single image and you want it linked to a single URL, send us the image as an ATTACHMENT  in .jpg (preferred), or a .png

-  Links:  Send us typewritten URL(s) of link(s) you want the full image artwork linked to.   Put the links in an email (or on an attachment under the image placed on a word doc)

REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU SUPPLY US THE ARTWORK, ALWAYS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFO:

-  Provide us the Subject line for eblast (RE:___) .  Do not use extensive capitols nor symbols including quotations (hyphens are acceptable)

ADDITIONAL VERBIAGE RESTRICTIONS
As imposed by the Recording Academy lawyers notification to Web ‘n Retail:

1)  Subject line:
“The Recording Academy demands that the subject line of all future emails

a)  Feature the (Insert Label/Artist Name Here-making it clear that the email is from them) and not the word “GRAMMY”

b)  For example “FYC-John Doe’s Exile for Record of the Year.”

2)  In the Body of The Email:
a)
“The body of the email may not excessively mention the GRAMMY® trademark (use a MAXIMUM of 2 times throughout the eblast and always with the Trademark symbol: ®).  

3)  Disclaimer at top and bottom of the emails going out

Top disclaimer: “Web ‘n Retail has no affiliation with the Recording Academy or the GRAMMY® Awards. This solicitation is not approved nor endorsed by the Recording Academy.”

Artwork Requirements if WE are creating your artwork for your eblast, please provide the following:

-  we must receive your artwork at LEAST 10 Business days before deployment date

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

-  Send us a hi-res .jpg or .png of whatever images you want us to use

-  Links:  URL(s) of link(s) you want the full image artwork linked to.  Or, if you need us to link to multiple links, please provide a visual image with numbered call-outs of where/what links go where. Put the links in an email (or on an attachment under the image placed on a word doc)  and number the links you are submitting, accordingly.

-  Copy you want to include

-  Send a sketch of what you want it to look like (optional)

-  Provide us the Subject line for eblast (RE:___) .  Do not use extensive capitols nor symbols including quotations (hyphens are acceptable)

You will be allowed 2 rounds of corrections from original draft, if needed.  You will receive final rendering via email, of completed eblast for approval.  No eblasts will be disseminated without final approval.
